Dino Chavez - Assistant Project Manager
Dino Chavez initially joined Arroyo as an Acquisitions Analyst and has since progressed to the role of Assistant Project Manager. He is actively involved in underwriting new acquisitions, conducting market research, assisting transaction due diligence, and overseeing projects during development.
Prior to joining Arroyo, Mr. Chavez was a Land Acquisitions Analyst for Van Daele Homes, a local home builder based out of the Inland Empire. Previously, he held various internship roles within the commercial real estate industry where he was introduced to real estate markets and financial modeling.
Mr. Chavez attended the University of Southern California (B.S. Business Administration/Real Estate Finance) where he is actively involved with the USC Alumni Real Estate Network.
