Nick Lasher - Project Manager
Nick Lasher is a Project Manager at Arroyo Capital with a focus on the firm’s East Coat and Texas investments. He is primarily responsible for underwriting new investments, project due diligence, and management of projects during development, construction, and marketing.
Prior to joining Arroyo, Mr. Lasher was a Project Manager at Tri Pointe Homes (f.k.a. Pardee Homes) Inland Empire Division for nearly 5 years. He has held multiple roles at Tri Pointe, starting as an Assistant Project Manager before being promoted to Project Manager while also assisting in the division’s land acquisitions. Mr. Lasher worked on numerous land transactions and managed multiple homebuilding projects from entitlement to completion across Riverside County.
Nick began working at a young age at his family’s fine dining restaurant: Lasher’s, where he learned the importance of an entrepreneurial spirit and providing strong customer service in running a successful business – attributes he utilizes in working with the firm’s builder partners.
Mr. Lasher is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton (B.A. Finance).
